These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Convy website at convy.space and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Convy ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Convy provides AI-powered UX audits. You submit a publicly accessible URL; our system analyzes the page using AI agents and human expert review, then delivers a report to the email address you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to audit.
  • Use the Service to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from third-party websites beyond what is necessary for your audit.
  • Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute audit reports as your own product without our prior written consent.

4. Payments

Free scans require no payment. Paid tiers (Starter at $49/page, Pro at $149/page) are one-time purchases billed at the time of order. All prices are in USD. We may change pricing at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

Free and Starter reports are delivered same-day. Pro reports are delivered within 48–72 hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Reports are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology behind the Service remain our property. Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your audit report for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell the report as a standalone product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of audit results. AI-generated insights are recommendations, not guarantees of improved conversion or performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convy's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Convy ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service at convy.space.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Email address: to deliver your audit report.
  • Landing page URL: to generate your audit.
  • Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

Information collected automatically:

  • Analytics data: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, referral source, device type, and country. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
  • Server logs: standard web server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and access times. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your audit report.
  • To process payments for paid tiers.
  • To send transactional emails related to your order (delivery, receipts).
  • To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

  • Email and URL: retained only as long as necessary to deliver your report and provide support. Typically deleted within 90 days of delivery.
  • Audit reports: stored for up to 12 months so you can request a re-send if needed.
  • Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): anonymized site usage analytics.
  • Payment processor: for handling paid transactions securely.
  • Email delivery service: for sending your report.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to perform their function.

5. Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. These are first-party analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

You have the right to:

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your audit. Here is how refunds work:

1. Free Tier

No payment is required for the Free tier, so no refund applies.

2. Paid Tiers (Starter & Pro)

Full refund, no questions asked: if you request a refund within 7 days of receiving your report and are not satisfied with the results, we will issue a full refund.

3. Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver your report within the stated timeframe (same-day for Starter, 72 hours for Pro), you are entitled to a full refund automatically. Contact us and we will process it immediately.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@convy.space with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after report delivery.
  • There is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests).
